otay well its 10 2 6 in the morning and i still havnt gone 2 sleep...
i dont no y but latly ive been sleping less and less...
i have no idea wat is causing it but its really anoying....
i have been in bed since half2 and still i havnt gone 2 sleep...
it was kinda otay at the start cz i got things done and had sometime 2 myself and i would end up falling asleep round 3-4 so i got a couple of hours sleep anyway but now the sun is up and im still wide awake....
i dont no wat 2 do...
im so confused....
im not even tired...
but i just want 2 sleep...
wat shoud i do?
please can some1 help me out there:(

your restless missy, and over thinking the non slepping is making it worse, excercise alot to exhaust yourself and you'll sleep or lay on your back with a sin gle pillow under your head and put music on very low so you can't hear it that well and tense up each muscle in your body one by one and hold it for three seconds it might hurt abit but it'll relax you alot, stat with the feet and work upwards to do it with the stomach muscles breath in deep, very deep and the shoulders raise then towards your ears as far as you can then lower them and for the face scrunch your face up the rest of the muscles shouls be straight forward, and keep your eyes closed the music should become louder as it's the only sound your hearing and ya might nod off

I was just gonna say exercise madly, but I think you should go with what mr. handle said. That's a pretty comprehensive guide to nodding off;D
